come on, it's not that good a film, a little bit unimaginative in the exercise of plot, but the setting, etc., was great. This was the kinda film in which the trailer is better than the film.
Your Right... It IS a really good movie. One of the Best Sci-Fi films to come out in years. Unfortunately there are too many science fiction films that don't capture what this genre is really about. This movie nails it !! I'm going to see it for a second time and bring some people with me.
It's a damn shame that Fox has given up on promoting this film. I don't understand. It has a least 3 well known actors, very expensive visual effects, and exciting story that's intellegent, but not so much that it would alienate any viewers.. It would be a big hit, if people only knew it was in theatres.

It looks like a very unique film. I hope in is not going to be boring.
Danny describes SUNSHINE as having been a "three-legged dog" without the computer graphics added in. He also makes the point that it's fashionable now to shun C.G., in order to "keep it real," yet with a movie such as SUNSHINE he took the opposite approach and embraced C.G.

i loved how they used the song from Requim For A Dream.
The trailer is gorgeous, so the movie,obviously, will be even better.
