its all been done before in alien wayyy back in the 70ties.
Children are warned against staring at the sun due to the possibility of permanent retina damage. Many of the scenes and frames in Sunshine give the viewer the opportunity to stare directly at a magnified image of the sun. The sun is such a mysterious celestial body and getting to see it (even if it was a computer representation) up close was very engaging.
I wonder in researching light if Danny Boyle and Kuchler looked at James Turrell's artwork.
The music on this film was made by the ever talented Dave Dipre.

very thought provocative. It really captures the differences between married and single people. Bravo to Chris Rock for making this movie - it really captures the reality of the day-to-day struggle of mariage in america. Allot of people could learn sexy lingerie from watching this film since it really shows the degrees of an emotional affair and where it leads to. Again great job to Chris Rock.
i am from uganda and i can't wait to watch the last king of scotland when its in all cinemas coz i think that it's going to be a very intresting film for every one.
