Soul food is definitely food for the soul. And for those of you that are leaving negative comments--bless your little uninformed hearts that is what's wrong with our people today we can't support and encourage each other only tear down. I am an african american woman and I believe soul food is a part of our heritage. It's not just for black peoples soul its for everybodies soul. Where ever you are you ought to try some soul food it is delicious!!!
