Navigator Trey (Benny Wong) takes his own life after failing to adjust the Icarus II's solar panels, causing a series of events in which three of his crew members perish.

AMEN to the dude below me...fuck ass virgin
i want to just bold the statement below mine and just let everyone realize how gay he is.
direct your attention to the qoute "they spent time tryin 2 entertain ur sorry virgin asses"
first off, the statement virgin asses was probably made to make himself feel big and strong, only since there are no names or screen names to be classified by. and he feels lucky because he got some from his fat boyfriend. yes, emphasis on "his boyfriend"
and second, judging by the whole bit of "tryin 2" and "ur" paraphrasing of words, this is just some little pathetic kid, trying to make a statement before he gets grounded by looking up gay porn on the family computer.
Hey....every1 shut da HELL up.....f@#k....i wanted 2 see action and death...there it is....be happy they spent time tryin 2 entertain ur sorry virgin asses......if u dont like it...WATCH SUMTIN ELSE......now im gonna watch the others die.....muahahahahahaha
why the hell did they just spoil this whole movie with all these deaths!??!
It's clear you haven't seen many anime then.
You can't deny that quite a bit of anime has quite a bit of sadomasochistic tendencies...not that there isn't good anime. I quite enjoined Vash the Stampede & Outlaw Star to name a few, but the vast majority that I have seen have very disturbing undertones.
Hey watch the anime remark just because your upset about one thing doesnt mean u can jump on the anime level. lets see u do somethin better since u pass judgement on things lets see u make and interesting movie without all of the bullshit that doesnt really have to be in the movies. people and their opinions god they just need to keep it to themselves.
Interesting how human nature can be twisted into accepting a friend's suicide. Trey's "[taking] responsibility" is supported by crewmate Mace after Trey's miscalculations cause fatal accidents for other crewmembers...does morality disappear in the expanses of space?
Can't people get off of this whole Japanese trip? Anime is bad enough, I don't need it filtering into movies now. This isn't a good movie though, so I guess no harm done...
