If only everyone in the South talked like that...
Even if you are dying of some horrible disease that is making your flesh turn into a putrifying soup that even flesh-eating bacteria fianlly have to vomit into a bucket, you will absolutely love this movie. It's is charming and very funny and it will touch your life and for just awhile there in the dark, you will know you are alive. Except for that, I hated it.

Sci-Fi films are often irritatingly phony and illogical; however, Boyle and Garland present fairly convincing stories and images in Sunshine. While some things in the film are impossible, the Boylesexy lingerieGarland team does a great job emotionally attaching viewers to the characters and engaging them in suspense. Such attachment and engagement prevent viewers from being put off by some of the more unrealistic parts of the film
