I agree with the comment I THINK YOU SHOULD HAVE concerning all of the expletives used in the movie. I believe movies with blasphemous phrases and expletives such as this one communicate that it is acceptable and nonoffensive. However, I also believe we, as a society, accepting the use of these phrases in movies are partly to blame.

This is to the "pathetic" comment way up top....I just saw the movie today and found it very funny. You are bashing Chris Rock's movie when you havent even seen it or the outcome of it. The ending even suprised me. I know I am not married and I am way to young to be, but I was engaged for quite a while and just recently broke it off. Yes you may be happy in your marriage/relationship but many others may not be with the person they are meant to be with. I'm sure once everyone finds that one person they would feel the same way about their marraige as you do, but, you cannot simply judge people, or this movie, in the least, for how relationships usually work out. It takes time for people to find that person, and don't get me wrong I'm happy you have, but there are others who don't "put out" because they just don't feel right for that person anymore. I'm just blabbing so I'm going to end it, but if you read this I would think you and your husband should re-think your outlook on this movie because it turns out quite well. You might even like it.

This is so pathetic... This movie, not to mention everyone's comments, proves to me and my husband exactly what is wrong with the majority of people and their relationships. Men are bored with their wives because the women just stop trying to be what they used to be and they're always playing this little "marriage game". Why is it that after seven years of marriage she can't buy a thong? Why not a corset and some thigh-highs while she's at it? And why isn't she cooking her man whatever he tells her to cook? This is where female independance has gotten out of hand, women can't even let their man be the man in their own house! And I saw the whole "Mixed Messages" part of the site and that's so insane! I know women do stuff like that, say one thing and really mean something else but why? Why do that? Just say what you mean! I do and my man has no problem with that. Of course, at the same time, I don't need to fish compliments out of him because he's constantly throwing them my way and I am always stroking his ego, along with other things because I know he needs to always know he's the only man who can make me as happy as he makes me. I also don't expect him to touch me without wanting something more and that's perfectly fine with me! I love my man and I love being intimate with him anytime he wants it. I've also NEVER EVER rejected him for a kiss and never would, that's just insane and completely childish. He's your husband... If he wants to kiss you then he should get to kiss you. He should be allowed to do whatever he wants to your body whenever he wants to do it! A healthy sex life is the key to a healthy, happy marriage. I think if women weren't so prudish and stuck-up when it came to that, men wouldn't be sniffin' around in other places. My husband and I both refuse to watch this movie simply because it is just a declairation of how pathetic people have become and the mistakes they constantly make in their relationships. If Chris Rock really feels this way in his marriage, the way a lot of men do, then why not discuss it with their spouse instead of making a national statement? Better yet, why doesn't he tell his woman to get over herself and do what she needs to be doing as a wife! Men, get your women to do what they should be doing as your wife and Ladies, stop thinking you're the one who wears the pants in the marriage because lets face it, you're not doing a very good job and that's why your man is so desperately unhappy!
