wow most of you sound like a bunch of uneducated americans. "Big Corporations" are more regulated than "small Companies". The SEC and several other regulatory entities that were established by americans, have been put into place to provide a checks and balances system. Many "large corporations" employ around half the american population which also reduces the "secrecy" of the corporations "evil plots." In-fact, America has by far the most ethical companies in the world, statistically proven! Corruption is minimal compared to foreign countries.
