We literally just returned home from Young@Heart and I had to look you up and tell you what an impact your work/film had on my son and me!!
I work for a non-profit called RSVP (Retired Senior and Volunteer Program) in Santa Cruz, Ca. I have been working with seniors (finding them volunteer positions for local non-profits) it has touched my soul where it had not been touched before.
Having seen this film and to see and hear what you have done for this community really brings me to my knees! Your film opened up a dialog with the boys and me that may have never been shared. And I thank you profusely for that. During one of the 5 times I cried...my son Lukas put his head on my shoulder....priceless...
