I agree. noone says Fo Shiz, and all that othre stupid stuff, and it was like, what a bitch she is to everyone, she never even cared that she had a bun in the oven, man, but still I can safely say that it was an overall good movie, and while I have criticism, I would definitely recommend it to my closest friends and family members. But she was sixteen. She would NOT get all those references to EVERY obscure punk band that was even mediocre from 1960-2000. It was a bit ridiculous, but still, not trying to offend. It WAS a good movie, just laking a bit of realisticity, causing less accountability.

Soundtrack was great. Cat Power and Kimya Dawson are great, not to mention Sonic Youth, and it was interesting to find some new bands, like Velvet underground. Although it seems like They could have found a place for some Jeff Buckley, or They Might Be Giants.
