I would say that actor has not committed an mistake at this junction. Here also time of event matter, there was lack of media, not only in Uganda but almost the entire continent. There are other great African leaders who claimed have fought for the liberation of our continents from the western domination most of them did the worsed things to westernists and their own African. But there was no media to cover the stories.
