My vegan husband is muscular, healthy and works out 6x/week. He has a black belt in karate and a blue belt in Brazilian Jujitsu. He's not a "sickly looking poon-tang." He has incredible energy and endurance with a busy schedule and keeps track of multiple appointments daily. People think he's 20 years younger than he is! He's been a vegetarian for over 25 years.
