Directed by: Paul Williams
Three old women share whiskey and intimate conversation in a Laundromat while they wait for their bloodied clothes to dry. We realize that they are awaiting entry to heaven, for they are already dead, victims of the same vicious serial killer.
This film is something like a surreal subplot out of Six Feet under... clever, original, dark with a positive outlook, and a good ending. I enjoyed this film!
chilling and relieving at the same time, strangely heart-warming
i'm guessing what you portray here is the reason why people embed faith in religion: salvation of some sort, or warm light at the end of the tunnel?
