Meg Ryan, Sandra Bullock, Katherine Heigl (and let's not forget the men: lookin' at you Harry Connick Jr., Hugh Grant, Ryan Reynolds, etc) – sometimes you just need to indulge in a box of tissues and a pint on Ben & Jerry's while hunkering down to watch You've Got Mail. Listen up New Yorkers: The Crosby Street Hotel have a Sunday Film Club, where they do special dinners and screenings every Sunday, for guests and open to the public. This Sunday, they're showing a preview screening of LOLA VERSUS, our new romantic comedy starring Greta Gerwig! As an added bonus, director Daryl Wein and co-star/screenwriter Zoe Lister-Jones will be hanging out afterwards for a Q&A.
It's incredible how much LOLA VERSUS mirrors the at times, desperately sad life of the single New Yorker. We mean, who hasn't done a sketchy walk of shame, only to run into another hook-up, the almost tangible odor of last night's beer still hanging in the mist? Lola (Greta Gerwig) goes through something similar in this brand new clip from the romantic comedy.

As you might know, Benh Zeitlin's BEASTS OF THE SOUTHERN WILD premiered at the Cannes Film Festival over the weekend. Luckily, some of the Inside Searchlight made the journey across the Atlantic with the cast of the film and took some photos for our Instagram. As we mentioned before, all throughout the BEST EXOTIC MARIGOLD HOTEL theatrical release, we are partnering with the Take Part initiative in a contest called Ideas for Good. It's an essay contest, and if your idea is chosen, you could win a $5,000 grant to execute it.
