It's cute - until you think about the fact she is saying "I won, I won!" She didn't WIN anything, she got by on technicality. To me, it always undercuts the scene.

holy cow people stop being so rude. its a movie. and the girl doesnt know better, shes just SUPER EXCITED about getting into the competition in the first place. id bet youd be doing the same thing if you got into a competition too.

shes SO CUTE!
i love the scream, it makes this scene perfect. and technically it made her win little miss chili pepper because she got second in that and the first place winner had to forfeit her crown, so technically she won little miss chili pepper and she can go to California now. :]
