Hey, I feel that I got shafted. Free Whip It T-Shirt at Sneak Preview this Saturday.
I heard and saw the ad in the paper and the movie AMC staff said someone should show up with shirts but they never did. I was at AMC Courtney Park 16 110 Courtney Park Dr. Mississauga, ON L5T 2Y3. Who do I contact to get my free t-shirt mailed to me since I purchaed my sneak ticket on-line. Please get back and let me know. Thank-you!

Does this mean that Fox will NOT show the free screening previously offered for Columbus, OH on Tuesday, September 29 at the AMC Lennox and for which Fox sent me a confirmation email a week ago? Or will that screening still take place? Please advise.

Not true. Its in small towns or medium communities. Arroyo Grande which is a town of about 50,000 people is having the sneak preview.

The offer is NOT FREE. It's one of those "sign up" for 3 offers and get a rebate for your tickets. I'm terribly disappointed that Fox Searchlight is doing it this way now. I saw "The Wrestler" and "Slumdog" during their free screening offers and didn't have to buy anything. Why change the process now?

Im confused about the Preview for SAT. and getting the free shirt...the only showing for SAT in Tucson, AZ is at the Park Place Mall and you have to buy tickets...is that how you get the free shirt?

Went to the preview with my daughter (for her B-day) and loved it. Did not love that they ran out of shirts though. I could live without, but the girl was pretty disappointed.

Saw Whip It with my girlfriend last night -- AMC 25 on 42nd St in NYC. Asked about t-shirt, told there was none, and then a box was dumped outside of the theatre after the film. A bunch of fat asses took them but me and my girlfriend didn't get one (or, two, for that matter). BOO!

Ladies!

Just click on the box with Ellen Page's pic and it will give you a list of locations showing it Saturday!!!

I do believe you have to purchase a ticket to get a shirt. They are only going to have enough shirts to give out for each ticket sold. So I'd get mine early in case they sell out, you can still get your shirt!!

(I did a little research today in my hometown) ;)

Call the theater to make sure they are giving out shirts! The Grand Theater in D'Iberville, MS, is not giving out shirts! I just called and they said that they will not have anything to give out for the screening. That sucks! They just lost my business!!!!
