JUNO to Hit Theaters on December 14th

Jason Reitman's JUNO has been added to Fox Searchlight's 2007 slate, to open two weeks before our other winter release THE SAVAGES (which opens the day after Christmas). JUNO stars Ellen Page as the title character, a whip-smart teen confronting an unplanned pregnancy by her classmate Paulie (Michael Cera). With the help of her hot best friend Leah (Olivia Thirlby), Juno finds her unborn child a “perfect” set of parents: an affluent suburban couple, Mark and Vanessa (Jason Bateman and Jennifer Garner), longing to adopt. Luckily, Juno has the total support of her parents (JK Simmons and Allison Janney) as she faces some tough decisions, flirts with adulthood and ultimately figures out where she belongs. Jason Reitman directed last year's THANK YOU FOR SMOKING.

Stay tuned for JUNO's Web site in the coming weeks...

Dude im losing interest in the movie juno simply because of the way it is being advertised. Oh its released on dec 5 no dec 15 then today i cant find it playing anywhere in california on yahoo movie search. I think the marketing people need to be a little more user friendly with this movie. Yeh they need to stop being jerks.

Ok you know what dude you need to chill because when a movie is playing at one of the towns theaters, the other one can't play it. Then after two weeks or whatever, they switch and a different theater plays the movie. Dur da dur:0

Ode to Mashed Potatoes

O mashed potatoes
you are my life
I love you more
than my own wife
you never yell or nag or fuss
or say I reek of barn
way to much
I love you potatoes
and dare I say
I hope to marry you one day
so be careful my dear friends
because tomorrow could be the end
if a hungry human walks by
I hope you will not see me cry
and if tomorrow is the end...
you'll always show up in a white porcelain container again!

POTATOES ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is the Deal? Seems like this movie is getting nationwide attention, however, half the nation isn't getting this in theaters? It's not within 75 miles of my town, Oregon.

where all is juno going to be showing? i live in huntsville, alabama and it's not showing up on fandango.com. i thought it was supposed to open on december 5 (my birthday!!--i wanted to see it!) but on fandango it says limited...so where is it limited to? i couldn't find it for nashville, tn either. we're going there this weekend for my birhtday and i thought maybe we could find it there, but nope.
