AWWHH BWOYY another ranting, raving Tupac fan. Why do you have to get all disrespectful to try to make ur point (much like ur idol did wen he was alive). Let me drop some knowledge on you.
Pac was a mommas boy who was born in NY but reps for LA. He went to an Arts School like a good little mommas boy, dropped out and turned to the streetz to try to get hard. He ended up so confused that he could write the most beautiful songs but yet turn around and chant that he's a gangsta. His so called THUG LIFE was as much a product of his good acting skillz (honed at Baltimore school of the Arts) as much as his gangsta chants was. That's why people thought he was so damn crazy, it's as if he was living in his own world (just listen to Pac's Life). That's why he got so crazy when he woke up from his dream world to find that the kid that used to sleep on his couch is now the King of Hip Hop, carrying the music to heights he never reached (Well, not until he was dead). Then his jealousy set in.
BIG, on the other hand, grew up as a hustler no Art School crap, in the streetz strapped and hustling. You don't see him writing sweet poems, he is singing about his BITCH. Now that's REAL! And he never changed, just listen his music from the first song to the last...same theme "I am a kid from the streetz trying to make it in music, but if you mess with me I WILL SHOOT YOU!"
Real Gangstas know another one when they hear one, and we also know when someone is faking.
And as for Jamaica, son, we may be a small island but for Biggie's music to reach as far as our little island, that's testimony to the kind of reach the King had. Tupac's ratings unfortunately didn't reach that far.
And for your information, DJ Kool Herc the Father of Hip Hop, he was Jamaican.
ANOTHER ONE
