2pac is the best raper ever not biggy. dont hate on pac just cuz he reped the west. its cuz of him hip hop dident die a long time ago. u could walk down the street and ask random people who there favorite raper is and 90% of people in the woreld will say 2pac. even when i went to africa and asked about him they say the same thing.
