I cried my heart out at Juno because people were laughing at things they shouldn't be laughing at.
There was so much left out.
There was an opportunity to get really important topics out there like the morning after pill and sex education.
The quirkiness was distracting from the real trauma and the only time it got close to real was when she pulled over in the car and cried her heart out.
As a woman who has been there, Juno broke my heart by denying the depth of fear and pain young girls go through.
It would have been good to explore what make Juno make the choices she did.
Oh well. There was hype and it seemed to me that the guys liked it more in the theater and laughed more.
I was more than disappointed. I was heartbroken.
