It is a film that touches and moves you. It talks about family values, learning about your roots and not losing where you come from and your heritage and at the same time appreciating all that immigrant parents have done to try to better their childrens' futures and lives.
Beautiful filming and scenery in India and New York. I have watched it many times and would never tire of it.
It's poetic, romantic and would suit any audience.
A real gem and I would like to read the book, hoping that it doesn't disappoint as the film is now definitely one of my favourites!
