Released in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco... and everyone in between can go to hell I guess.

I can't find anything but rumors over when it will be released to even A FEW other cities...

Here's the funny part... Atlanta, Pittsburgh, etc, I can see maybe not opening there... but CHICAGO?!?! We never get movies during the limited release period. WTF?
