I've got to say that the literary convention of the Chalk of Fate was really just a bit too basic an "out" for the storyline. I realise that the point of the film is that no matter what the situation turns into, there is always hope and always a way to fix it, but the Chalk really was too much of a magic wand. The resolution came about much much too quickly. The first one was brilliant. sexy lingerie China suffers from a derivative ending. And the third one..... oh god, PLEASE don't let it suffer from losing Khabensky and all the rest! Gesser and Zevulon and Olga and ALL of them are perfectly cast as it is!
