I cannot believe that Forest Whitaker won the Golden Globe,
SAG (Screen Actors Guild), BAFTA and the Oscar for best actor in a leading role as a Ugandian dictator, Idi Amin in "The Last King of Scotland." His portrayal is really outstanding and superbly performed. I congratulate Mr.
Whitaker in his great performance as Idi Amin.
