It's being released on June 1st in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco in the US, according to Movietickets.com.
Most will probably have to wait for the DVD release to see it (including me- I've been waiting for what seems like forever to get to see this, and I guess I'll have a lot longer to wait...). If you haven't seen it, check out Night Watch (the first movie in the series)on DVD: Night Watch DVD!
These movies are based on books, however, that were just released with an english translation. They are also very good and I recommend them very much:
