I've seen many of the Award contenders in the past few weeks and this is still the film that I'm most excited about. Top notch direction by Richard Eyre. A superb, intelligent screenplay by Patrick Marber. Cate Blanchett is marvelous. And the great Dame Judi Dench is brilliant in a mind blowing perfromance. I am a SAG voter and I know where my votes are going! I hope my fellow members concur.
